I use Chitosan for making small amounts of wine at home. It helps to clear up the final product.

This is a new way for me to clear wine. I always bought the small bags of the pre-measured stuff but some wines will take more than one treatment so buying in bulk was a lot cheaper and I don't have to worry about buying chemicals and powders for several months or even just once a year
