Bought it for my wife so she could add smaller weight amounts to the cable machine at the gym. She says it works perfectly to add smaller amounts of weight and sometimes she can add a little more than what is on the weight stack. Pin is strong, but not too heavy. You can’t get that with the cheaper pin adapters. Overall she is very happy with the GymPin!

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Very well made and a very useful product.

I've been lifting for more than 40 years. I had never seen a weight stack extender until a couple of weeks ago when I was working out at my gym (LA Fitness). One of the other guys in the gym was using one. Very helpful when you are using machine weights. Our gym recently underwent a renovation. Some of the new machines have a 20 lb. weight difference between each plate. This allows me to add 2.5 lb., 5 lb., and 10 lb. weights so that I can dial in the right weight for me. I've been using it for a couple of months. Very handy.

Excellent product

Seems well made, but the fact that this thing doesn’t have magnets makes me want to throw it in the trash and order something else. Incredibly annoying to have the thing sliding around.

Had to return as it wasn't long enough for what he wanted but it was as it should have been.

I am beyond disappointed with the Micro Gainz GymPin Weight Stack Extender Pin. This product is riddled with issues that make it completely unusable and not worth a single penny. Here's what went wrong: Poor Fit and Compatibility: Despite being "designed for weight stack machines," this pin didn’t fit properly on my cable machine or any gym equipment I tried. It’s either too loose or doesn’t slide in at all, making it a total nightmare to use. Terrible Build Quality: The materials feel cheap and flimsy. After just a few uses, the pin started bending under moderate weight. This thing clearly isn’t built to last, let alone handle the weight it claims to support. Sloppy Design: The extender is awkward to handle and doesn’t sit securely in the stack. I had weights wobbling dangerously every time I used it. This product feels like an accident waiting to happen. False Advertising: The product description promises a "seamless extension" to your weight stack, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s clunky, unstable, and completely unreliable. Overpriced Junk: For something that doesn’t work as intended, the price tag is outrageous. You’re better off saving your money or looking for a better alternative.

It's enough for two discs as a maximum but then they fall out because there's not enough space to put the stopper.

This is my enital review without trying it at the gym. Weight is 497 grams which comes out to 1.096 pounds. Definitely clean, machined and solid construction.
