Engine Thermostat for F150 4.6L
Looked identical to original and once installed operated with no issue. Does not come with a housing seal, I was able to use my old one and had no issues with coolant leaks, but if you want to be safe you need to order a seal separately.

Worked without any issues on my 2003 F-350 Super Duty with the 6.8L V-10 engine.

I've always had great luck with "Gates" products, the only downside is that this thermostat doesn't come with a new o-oring so consider purchasing a new one when ordering. I wish Gates would include an inexpensive o-ring to make things easier instead of having to look up the part and ordering one separately.
