i'm a martial artist and performer who struggles with tight hamstrings. Especially after ACL reconstruction surgery using my own hamstring tendon as a new ACL. Flebility requires strength but we could also use some assistance to get an effective stretch. After one session I felt like I did a workout and all of my tight muscles were relaxed. The product is pretty easy to use as long as you watch a guide on how to use it safely or if you already have previous stretching experience. The product is very sturdy and feels very durable. If you're going to use this on a closet door that has a hinge on the top. Be cautious and stand against the door to prevent it from opening on you while stretching.

I originally bought this for my 10 year old who wants to stretch for her aerial classes. We set it up over a closet door and I kid you not, every time I come in the room she is attached to it and stretching. I actually have used it as well. I have to say it's really cool! It definitely works as advertised and I was able to stretch many different muscles as I changed positions. This could also easily be adapted for use from a chair for those who are unable to stand for long periods of time. I highly recommend this stretching aid.

I made this purchase for my 12 year old daughter because she needs to be a bit more flexible for cheer and struggles in some areas when it comes to stretching. Pros: the easiest piece of equipment to install, literally nothing to do but hang over the door and close it. My daughter was able to get her foot inside with ease as well as pulling her leg up. Cons: as easy as it was to install it was just as easy for leg to fall out of it because the way bracket is set up, when stretching it loosens up a bit and the band slips right through the bracket. I have not seen this in any of the other reviews so maybe we just got a bad one, nevertheless if the bracket wasn’t so loose this would be the perfect little tool for stretching.

I am not even kidding, I think this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! I’ve done dance for around 5 years and I am a teen. In my classes we had to do things revolving around flexibility such as splits and high kicks. I never could do my splits simply because I wasn’t born like that. Sometimes I would practice for a few months daily but hardly anything improved. I eventually gave up on practicing. One day I was on Amazon and this popped up. It looked amazing and was a reasonable price so I bought it! It came on time and was super easy to assemble. One day I did it and held my leg up high for a few minutes. I was surprised how flexible i was. I did that for only a few days. I tried doing my splits and I was around one inch off the ground. I was amazed! I stretched using this the next day and that night I got my splits. I couldn’t believe how easy it was!! This is literally a life changer not only for dance students but also for anyone who wants to show their family and friends they can do things like the splits. I honestly don’t see any reason not to buy it. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

This needs a video on how to make the foot loop. One time the foot part came undone and I had no idea how to fix it. I ended up buying another one. Make a video and I will give 5 star.

This easy yet completely helpful tool can be put in to any door in a matter how thick or thin it is! It’s very portable you can bring it anywhere with you and that has helped with my flexibility goal definitely. At first I didn’t think this would work due to it being so small but I was proven wrong. This tool has increased my flexibility, loosened up My stubborn left leg and helped my kicks and stretching become so much easier! I have never seen my legs go past my waist and be comfortable with it!!! If you are hesitant in buying this I would say go for it because I can’t believe I haven’t gotten this sooner!!!

I used to be pretty flexible when I was younger, but I never was able to do a split. I bought this because I got back into figure skating recently after being out of practice for 3 years and I wanted to improve my flexibility. After 10 days of stretching I am able to do a split on my more flexible side! It is not too painful and is very sturdy. To stretch, I pull my foot out to the side and up as high as I can, to the front and pull as high as I can, and then face the door, put my foot behind my body and pull as far as I can while leaning forward (figure skating spiral, cheer arabesque). This is an awesome product to help push your flexibility!
