Smell so good, it crackles very well

I typically don't burn candles but when I saw this has a wooden wick that sounds like real fire, I had to see it for myself. This candle has become my greatest joy. You light it and it pops, cracks, and hisses like a real fire! I love it. The scent is STRONG so, in a bit of upkeep, I have to open some windows to not get overcome by the smell but the wick is enough to make me think about getting another one. I have noticed that as I burn the candle down, the scent does mellow out which has allowed me to burn it a little longer each time. This is also a SIGNiFICANT candle. It's huge and the glass jar it comes in will probably be re-purposed after the candle is done. I think this would be an excellent gift, especially for a candle lover. I'm looking now to see if it comes in pine...that would be amazing.

This doesn’t smell like a bonfire. But it does smell nice. The crackle is nice too. Once it burns out…Take the burnt wick (metal part) out and microwave 1 min… will be nice for a little while.

Crackles like a fire! Long lasting and wonderful fragrance! Whoever came up with wooden candle wicks was a genius!

After buying this candle in Humidor and loving the scent, tght I'd try this as "fireplace" is one of my fave winter scents to burn, this one did not disappoint!! It has a sweetness that blends well with the smoke scent. Fills the room nicely . I always burn for 3-4 hours to avoid pooling and uneven burn. At this price point it's definitely worth the buy, the Woodwick website charges $35 USD, and they don't ship to Canada! Highly recommend (but Humidor is definitely my favorite scent) UPDATE: After burning this candle every night, I noticed a layer of melted wax all over my counter, the flickering of the wick must cause the wax to spit up&out, not sure if this wld ever be a fire hazard but the fact I have wax all over the counter, I wld not repurchase or recommend

Ein sehr tolles Ambiente. Der Docht aus Holz knistert wie ein Kamin, natürlich aber etwas leiser. Der Geruch ist super und sie brennt wirklich sehr lange. Der Deckel dient als Schutz für unsere Katzen jedoch kann man ihm auch dafür nutzen die Kerze auszumachen.

I love the way that these candles crackle and splutter, like a real fire. They also burn down evenly, and don't hollow out, wasting half of the candle - the glass is clean all the way to the bottom. I also love the DIFFERENT fragrances - this one, as the name suggests, is quite dark and smoky: more of a MANdle than the flowery, fruity, foody fragrances offered by other manufacturers, ideal for winter. The burn time is also genuine - they last for such a long time
