Hi - this is a sauce mix. One 250g tub makes 1 litre of sauce when mixed with water. Full instructions for making the sauce are on the side of the tub. Hope this helps!

How long does this keep after it's opened?

Hi Mikie! Once the inner foil seal is opened, the manufacturer recommends that you store in a cool dry place and always replace the red plastic lid tightly on the container after use. If you follow these guidelines, your curry sauce mix should be good until the expiration date which is usually over 12 months after ordering!
