TheraTears Liquid Gel Nighttime Eye Drops for Dry Eyes, 30 Vials, 30 Count (Pack of 2)

I am so happy that I can find these eye drops on Amazon. They are a lifesaver for my poor, dry eyes .

Helped me a lot. Great for night treatment. It will form whitish flakes on your skin in the morning - just wash them off. A bit pricy.

I prefer these over Refresh Plus. I only need about half the doses per day. There is a slight blurring of vision for a short time, but very suitable for daytime use. Well worth the relief for hours. My eye dr. recommends Refresh, but I much prefer Thera Tears.

Here is my perfect storm of circumstances. My ophthalmologist told me several years ago that I have dry eyes. I started using a CPAP machine a bunch of years ago. The mask leaks and the air blows into my right eye. A couple of years ago, I had cornea replacement surgery. Given all those factors, my doc recommended I use this product to hydrate my eyes at night (and a similar product for the daytime). I have to say, it does a good job for me. A drop or two at night and I am good till morning. It is a regular part of my kit now. If you are wondering, why not use this product in the daytime, I don't recommend it. It is thick and clouds the vision. Like I say, when needed, I use a similar product for daytime use. Recommended.

Definitely improved dryness at night!

I have extremely dry eyes. I use these every night just before going to bed. I know that they are effective because since using them my vision has improved some what. That feel good in my eyes. They do stick well while I sleep. For me, these drops are worth the money.

Works as well as then night time ointment and big as thick.

I knew there was a chance that these could cause some irritation and other side effects. Right after applying them before bed I was seeing double because my pupils dilated and my eyes couldn’t stop watering and they felt all stingy. To be fair, the product worked at keeping my eyes lubricated throughout the night. Secondly, I will not be buying this product again because it was so irritating to my eyes. It is a product that is supposed to make your eyes more comfortable, not the opposite. I regret purchasing this product and I would not recommend this to anybody needing nighttime eye relief. Maybe there are some people that would tolerate it, but I don’t think I am one of those people.
