Do you feel like you're going to fall out of them when you walk? I prefer my sandals with a back & a lower heel.

Not at all. I wear them all day at work (teaching) and often still have them on when I walk the dog after coming home. The heel is high, but not wobbly.

Are the sizes us or uk? are they ok for a foot that's on a wider side?

I got a 8.5W because my feet are pretty wide & have to gotime! 1/2 size, these were so wide, there was a gap between top of my foot & sandals. I returned for an 8..hoping for better like 2nd time!
