We spent YEARS and probably hundreds of dollars trying to find a heavy duty, smooth operating, and leak proof dish soap dispenser that didn’t drip soap all around our kitchen sink. Then we found this. Oh my goodness, this thing is far and away the best soap dispenser we’ve ever used and is no doubt the best on the market. And it’s not even close. The pump operates smoothly with very little effort; in fact it’s so smooth and effortless you need to learn to regulate how hard to touch it to dispense more or less soap. It’s heavy enough that it doesn’t shift or tip over easily, and it has a non-slip bottom. The pump comes off easily enough to be filled, but also has an airtight leakproof seal. And most importantly to us, the nozzle does not drip or dribble soap, EVER. I mean literally never. It’s almost like magic. Whoever designed this pump is an excellent engineer and product designer. It’s rare to discover a product that has no discernible weakness, but this is absolutely that rare product. We were so impressed we bought 4 more immediately. Even at the relatively high price that these sell for, they are worth every penny. In fact I would be willing to pay twice what they cost, they’re that good.

Exelente calidad

After 2 months my stainless steel Simplehuman 10 oz. Liquid Soap Pulse Pump Dispenser is still working great. Super solid and heavy duty-an engineer's soap pump. For me it seems perfect. Pricey but worth it. Update: Pump stopped pumping completely after about 14 weeks. I contacted Simple Human customer service who were fine and sent me a new pump head. Now about 13 months later, the pump stopped pumping again with only light use. Although it appears to be heavy duty, this pump just does not hold up over time. Also, the stainless finish is difficult to keep looking clean. This is very disappointing because I have used Simple Human's step on trash cans for decades and not had any problems. I cannot recommend this pricey pump.

The pump action works so well. The pump looks nice. Very easy to refill. Seems very well built. I bought one for the kitchen sink, then ordered 2 more for the bathrooms. They are a little expensive but they seem very well made and I assume they will last a long time.

This is a great soap dispenser! I put mine in my kitchen, and it easily dispenses soap every time. It looks great too! Since it's at the kitchen sink, sometimes it gets dirty from washing dishes, but the dispenser is super easy to wipe down and keep clean. I gave it 4 stars just because I think the cost was too high, but otherwise, it's great!

Super sleek. I like it! No more drips!

I initially really liked this dispenser - looks sleek and modern on my counter. Unfortunately after about 6 month's use the mechanism started sticking. Would only pump down, but not return to the up position. I bought and used the Simple Human liquid soap refills exclusively, which are a nice product, but more expensive than others. When I added some WD40 to try and fix it, the whole top part came unglued and I am now going to throw it away. Waste of money. Will try a different brand I guess or go back to the plastic ones that I can refill. Very disappointed Simple Human.

Disappointed with the pump, after not being in use for a couple hours you need to pump like 6 times before anything comes out of the dispenser. For the premium price, you’d expect it to at least do the most basic function perfectly. It looks nice and when it’s dispensing it does so well, but it’s not as impressive as I was hoping for a simplehuman product, their other stuff is so well designed and this one kinda misses the mark. The “spot free” coating they market this with is definitely not a real thing, it will get water spots and that’s just unavoidable with a stainless steel appliance. Easy to wipe off, but again the biggest factor in my taking two stars off is that it doesn’t pump out on the first pump and requires priming on almost every single use.

I bought a Simplehuman shower caddy about 10 years ago that is still great, no rust - well worth the $80 I paid at that time. This soap dispenser didn't disappoint. Their products are expensive, but they are worth every penny you pay for them. Highly recommended.

PS : j'utilise leur recharge de savon. - Contenance importante, évitant de le remplir trop souvent. - Fonctionnement mécanique, donc pas de pile, de recharge élec, de panne ... Bref, super produit.

Works well enough and dispenses a consistent amount of soap. Build quality is good. The only problem that I have is the pump mechanism's reliability. After using for a little over a month, the pump mechanism started failing. So just be wary of the poor durability of the product.
