You need to get a can of thinner (435-1L) and add thinner as needed. Even if the Super Shield container is completely dried out and solidified, if you add thinner, it will be liquified again. **Q: Would this work for coating pp+eva plastic hard drive case to protect stored drives from emp?** A: I doubt that this paint would protect stored drives from emp. This item is simply electro-conductive paint. We use it in our Physics Labs at the community college level. It is a good product but it is not as good as the predecessor product "Silver Print," which had better conductivity. Super Shield is most commonly used to paint circuits onto a circuit board. So I don't see how painting plastic hard drive cases with it would protect the hard drive inside from emp. My advice would be: Avoid explosions of nuclear weapons, if at all possible. **Q: What should be used to thin this paint?** A: MG makes a thinner for the Super Shield product. The product number is 435-1L, I think. Just go to the MG Website; they have complete information available. You really need to get the thinner, because the product dries out very quickly while you are using it. You need to keep adding thinner. **Q: How will this perform under different temperature ranges?
