These work!
I have struggled with low iron for a while. Felt weak and exhausted for no reason. Not sure if the low iron was related to pre menopause, but regular iron pills weren’t working for me. These worked great! I felt so much better after taking them and had way more energy! I have Celiac so I’m grateful they are gluten free.

Improved iron & hair/nails growing fast!
I started this to help with iron-deficiency. Smidge is a trusted brand, and have bought their other products before, so know it's really high quality. The same goes for this Beef Liver. It's just the beef liver powder, and the gelatin capsule, and that's it! I love how pure and clean the ingredients are and how it's made in small batches. Since taking it, my iron and ferritin levels have increased, and unexpectedly (but happy about), my hair and nails are growing SO fast. And that's with regularly taking only taking 2 capsules (instead of the full dose of 4). Have been very happy with this product.
