After 5 days and 6 PopsPro1. Easy to use assemble and use2. Popping starts within 2 mins (a little longer if u forget to put the yellow cover on top which increases the heat within the chamber)3. Grains pop up nicely and fall in the bowlCons1. It expectedly gets real hot hence wait for 5 mins between Pops which is not too bad. My last popper melted up because we did not keep cool down gaps between Pops not realising that it has to heat up a bit for the kernels to Pop. which is natural.

Within one week of purchase, the equipment was not working. I tried to the maximum extent for replacement or refund. But all my efforts are in vain. Totally unsatisfied for this purchase.
