Screws included. Easy task.
Perfect fit & screws are included. I was able to quickly replace an old cracked cover without any issues. Now I don't have to pass by the damaged cover every time I walk down the hall.

Expensive Piece of Cracked Plastic
This switch plate arrived cracked in two places. Hard to believe that I paid $10 for a piece of plastic. I was able to get a refund from Amazon. Donโt believe that ENERLITES switch plates donโt crack. They come cracked.
