These make life so much easier for making bread! When you take the bread out, they are still pretty hot to the touch so I still use my oven mint to take them out but I think they work really really well it says to not put them in past 230°C but I found that they still work in a higher temperature. I bake my bread at 500°F and there’s no melting or burning of the plastic so I think they’re very good quality.

These are great while they last -- easy to use, saves you from wasting parchment paper when baking. However, I bought these in July 2021 and they started disintegrating/peeling in July 2023, essentially making them unsafe for use. Finally decided to get rid of them after the most recent wash. A gentle rinse and big pieces flaked off down the drain. Unfortunately have to put them in the trash...more plastic waste.

Great mats for cooking sourdough I don’t have to use parchment paper any more. The side tabs are long enough so I don’t burn my fingers and I can pull the loaves out easily. Highly recommend for the sourdough baker.

As a weekly baker I was going through alot of parchment. Was very excited to find these mats. Perfect fit in a Dutch oven. Helped prevent burning the bottom of the bread. Also so easy and convenient with the long handles. Very durable. After baking just a quick rinse and it is clean.
