My horses love these!
I ordered one for each of my horses. I filled them with 1 lb of alfalfa pellets witch lasted about 15-20 minutes. When I went to go pick them up later in the day I noticed they each left a little bit in the bottom. I'm going to try putting other goodies in it and see what keeps them busy the longest. Very durable and entertaining to watch them play with them. I also ordered some other larger treat dispensers to switch back and forth with these. I'm hoping the alfalfa cubes I bought fit in them because they are too big for these ones. Great price point and good quality. I'd buy again. I wish there were suggestions for what to put in them.

Blue ball feeder enrichment toy
I wanted to see if this would like this to help my horses pass the time when they are in their stalls. We haven't had any snow and so I just let them play with it out in the paddock. A nice enrichment toy for the ponies. Heavy duty and seems very durable.

These are great for my easy keeper!
We use them for out mustangs. We put Teft pellet ion them and it slows them down and it helps mimic grazing. The horses really like using them and look forward to getting one. Also they are nice when it’s raining and we keep the horses in because it gives them something to do and it keeps them busy. Also they are really heavy duty and hold up good when the horses roll them.

I love these in every color
These are the best boredom busters for a horse who has to be stalled for a while. I bought this one to have another different color. I use only small cookies or they get bored because nothing comes out. For me the manna pro apple cinnamon discs seem to work the best. I put a pretty big handful in the ball and give it to them. They will usually have most of the cookies out when I take them out 6 or 8 hours later. Three horses have 3 different play patterns to get the cookies, but they all eat their hay slower and play for cookies. I have only had one ball destroyed out of 6, and it was a friends horse who was really aggressive about cookies by hand too, go figure. Hahaha These are a great invention.

Super for boredom issues in stalled horses...
I've never tried one of these, just gave old juice or milk jugs to my "busy" horses as disposable play toys and it works. However 2 months ago, I took my seasoned gelding and my two-year-old reining colt on a ten-day long trip to hit two shows. My horses are regularly turned out most of the day, weather permitting, so hauling 5 hours one way for a 10-day stall marathon and all kinds of new "traffic" was a big deal for the colt, who hadn't been away from home since he was weaned. Needless to say, he got a little goofy and stressed even with regular exercise. A friend of mine had one of these for her young mule and it was super for keeping him busy. We went on a feed store outing and came across one so I decided to try it. The colt started playing with it as soon as I put it in his stall and emptied all of the treats out of it rolling it in his stall for several hours at a time. Between my colt and the mule rolling their treat balls, our aisle was the noisiest, but happy equines. The ball obviously came home with us and he still plays with it in his stall at home when in overnight, even though he has free choice hay. It works his brain, keeps him from pawing his door or being an irritating two-year-old when inside, and I think if I put it in his pasture, he'd play with it outside as well. I've seen the reviews where people have shown smashed ones that their horses destroyed overnight, bit in half, flattened, whatever, and all I can say is that those balls must have been defective or there must have been a draft dragon playing with them because this colt is not nice to his and it only shows some teeth marks around the opening. I also purchased one for a 17h hunter gelding that had led a stressful stall life as a baby and was a cribber as a result. In my open-air barn, with back and front doors for him to look out of, given his treat ball, he plays with that and doesn't crib. Again, he's a big boy, no idea where his feet are right now and isn't nice to his ball, but he still hasn't killed it. I sent that horse to my trainer where the cribbing returned, so I ordered another toy for him, so the trainer didn't have to deal with refilling the ball, etc, but he has continued to crib without it. This was a great investment in two situations for me, I just wish they were a little less expensive and maybe more color choices. With several horses in the barn, it would be nice to have several different colors to match with the horses so there was no cross contamination if the balls were switched with a horse I didn't own.

Our horse absolutely loves this treat ball! Very good quality, he kicks this thing all over the turn out.

Keeps them busy for a bit
I bought a few in different colors. My mare gets this pink one. The larger pellets work best in them. I like these to give the horses something to do at night instead of more hay. I toss them in a large feed bin a few nights a week (I don't like them eating in the dirt).

My daughter's horse loves his!
My daughter's horse Squish loves his treat ball. She fills it up before we leave the barn and he will play with it until it's empty!

Il mio asinello lo ha apprezzato molto, ha capito quasi subito come funzionava, lo consiglio per distrarre i cavalli o gli asini che rimangono chiusi nel paddock..

having seen this item for horses i thought i would order one for my daughters horse he loves it, it is difficult to get the treats out if they are too big but he knew what to do with it straight away, it made him think and occupied him, it's a great tool for hourses

Both myself and more importantly my horses love this treat ball. My previous treat ball had plenty of use and finally cracked and fell apart. So far this one is holding up extremely well. My gelding gently pushes it round his stable with his nose to get the treats out whereas my mare believes it’s best to kick it hard to release the treats! It is still looking as good as the day I bought it and it has had a lot of wear already. Highly recommend

It only has one hole so put in some bigger treats and it will keep your horse/pony happy for ages. Looks well used and his name in permanent marker on it is fading through use.

Una pelota interactiva útil para enriquecer un rato de la vida del caballo. Les gusta mucho y se entretienen sacando los pellets o premios. Buena relación calidad precio.
