Works and fits as described.

It was exactly as I needed. It fit in my ups perfectly. Seems to be a well made battery, but time will tell. My only complaint is that the description said it was for two batteries ( I even asked Rufus about the quantity) but I only received one. When I went back and checked the description again to order another battery (I needed two) the qty was changed to one and was about a dollar more expensive.Update 4-19-2026 This order, with the incorrect quantity, was sold by CP Warehouse. When I ordered the second battery due to missing one, on the first order, it was ordered through NPPower International Inc. That order was for a qty of 1, and was correct.Update 4-22-2026 CP Warehouse contacted me contacted me about the discrepancy, and offered to correct the situation, and send me the the second battery. They did just that. It came in about 1 or 2 days. I was very happy with their quick response. They didn't argue with me, and said that they had some issues with their Amazon descriptions, earlier. I am very pleased overall with their response and would be more than happy to do business with them again.

I have an APC Back-UPS 675 battery backup unit. It is 7 years old, and it started beeping. I figured it was time for a new battery. This model has a user replaceable battery, model RBC154. it's rated at 12V 6.5Ah. The battery size is not common. Most batteries for UPS are 2.56" deep, but this one is only 2.01" deep. The original battery costs almost as a new UPS unit. I found very few replacement batteries from other brands that have the same dimensions. To my understanding, NPP is actually a battery manufacturer. Some of the batteries I found from other brands had NPP in the model name, so I guess that they were made by NPP. The battery I received was made in Vietnam. It was left outside my door, and the weather here is freezing cold now. I opened the box and let the battery stay at room temperature for 24 hours before using it. Installation was straightforward. The connectors were identical to the original battery (F1 type). It was a simple swap. I let the UPS charge for 12 hours before plugging anything to it. I then plugged an M4 Mac Mini to one of the power outlets with battery backup. Next I connected a USB B to C cable from the UPS to the Mac Mini for data communication. The Mac Mini immediately recognized the UPS. I configured it to shut down after 3 minutes in case of a power outage. I did a little test by unplugging the UPS from the wall outlet. After 3 minutes the Mac Mini shut down safely.Since I just received this battery, I can't comment about the longevity. However, so far it's been a perfect replacement for the original at a fraction of the cost.

Easy replacement battery for CyberPower SL700U at a great price. Fits in the housing with no modifications needed. Time will tell for battery life. Original battery lasted 4 years.

Used it to replace the battery in my small APC UPS. It just died in about 5 months. The original battery worked for many years. The warranty is not responding properly.

Worked to fix our scooter

After 5 years, my Cyberpower 750va battery backup didn't last very long during power outages. The original battery is 5.5 Amp hours This NPP battery is a 6 Amp hour battery. It fit perfectly into the UPS. Now it should provide power for a bit longer than when the UPS was new. I'm not looking forward to any power outage, but am ready.
