Are these reviews for pumpkin latte? there's no mention of pumpkin (or banana) in the ingredients.

I bought the pumpkin.....it's just "Ok"It takes a lot to get a good tasting cup, plus, I think there's a ton of sugar in it.I would try another brand next time.

The expiration date is toast as of 10-22-2016! did anyone notice??

I will try to answer your question - without knowing for sure if you purchased from us or another vendor (no order number included with your question).  White Bear Brand Cappuccino has a 3 year shelf life from its production date.  So if the bag or case is stamped 51016 - the mix was produced on 10/16/2015 and has a best if used by recommendation then of 10/16/2018.  Other brand names such as Nestle and Sara Lee are very similar in self life.  We do not have product dated as per your question, but I do hope I was able to re-assure you as to the freshness of the product.
