I am pleased
Perfect fit as replacement for my originals. Quality appears as good as the ones from Lightspeed. Now, if Lightspeed could just make a Sierra without using ‘soft-touch’.

They fall off the headset
Tried to save a few bucks with these but they won't stay on the headset. They fit fine when you push them into place but the fit is far too loose and they just fall out eventually. I returned them and bought the Lightspeed OEM seals and everything fits fine.

They don’t fit quite right
They work great and are comfortable but I cannot they them snap in place. They do fit but every now and then they will just fall off when taking them off your head or taking them out the bag/yoke.

An effective alternative to OEM earpads at much lower cost
Put these on a Lightspeed Zulu, and at first was a little skeptical since they don't have the subtle contours of the OEM version that differs in thickness from top to bottom. But in practice they seem to be functionally equivalent and comfortable enough to just forget they are there.
