I try to buy low sodium seasoning and this sounded interesting. It's tasty, so far I have been putting it on everything I can. I grinded up one bottle to a fine powder and use another bottle of this as is. This gives me options when cooking. So far I tried it on a steak that I put in a pressure cooker and on eggs and potatoes. You really could add this to a lot of dishes. It's great to have as a low sodium option to season and add flavor. I bought 8 bottles on my first purchase of this and I'm not disappointed. The price is great for the size of this. MY INITIAL 5 STARS HAVE DROPPED TO 2 STARS: Update 6/13/25: I just got 4 bottles and have 6 more coming; but what the heck is going on? All 4 bottles of seasoning that I just got are now dark colored. The mushrooms and the ingredients are very dark in color. The taste definitely isn't the same and the powdered ingredients are now a caramel color and the mushrooms are now a very dark brown. It just totally killed this great tasting seasoning and I sure hope this was a bad batch and not the new norm! I'm very disappointed is this new batch that I just got and I sure hope the other 6 bottles that are coming aren't dark too! Update 11/15/25: PRODUCT IS BACK TO 5 STARS! I purchased another 6 pack and the color of the seasoning is still darker in color, but the taste is back to delicious again!!! Hooray, I'm so happy because this seasoning seasons absolutely everything and makes it delicious and is low in sodium.

I make my own low carb bread, and this is the best tasting add on I've used. I also sprinkled it on my home made mushroom soup tonight and it added a burst of flavor that we enjoyed.

I would put this in everything if I could! 😆 The salt content is perfect. Texturally, it’s great as a steak topping, in soups, on salads, in sauces, and even eggs. I’m a fan of Badia, so I may be biased, but they’re always churning out some delicious blends, AND they’re affordable. Great bang for your buck and flavor in your mouth. Now say “ahhh” and thank me later. ☺️
