If your are a true 10 you might want to go to a 10.5. Hope this helps. **Q: How is work on hard wood floor , Will it slide ?** A: The boots are not slippery so I would say they won’t slide **Q: Ate the boots slip resistance?** A: my husband said yes, they are slip resistant, he is wearing them right now. Just not oil resistant. **Q: do they have a steel tip?** A: If you mean steel toe, not on the pair that I have.
