Great staple, low price, cooks quickly
The price is low, worth having as a staple. Cooks very rapidly. Convenient. Good for making your own quick soup with canned beans, some seasoning. Good for an upset tummy for yourself or your pet.

Versatile replaceme nt for spaghetti
Because I have esophageal stricture from an autoimmune disease, I use this small thin pasta that is easy to swallow in pasta dishes in place of spaghetti. One of my favorite dishes is littleneck clams tossed with cooked fideo, garlic, olive oil, white pepper, salt, lemon and fresh parmesan topped with crunchy bread crumbs that were seasoned and browned. Initially I had to use fideo because I was unable to swallow other pastas. Now I use it to create simple and delicious dishes in less than 30 minutes that allow me to enjoy meals with my husband and guests.

These are great for a quick, inexpensive meal!
I was influenced on Tiktok to buy these fideo noodles...lol. And I don't regret it! I made some and thought they were good. You'll have to check out some basic recipes online but I thought these are a great base to build a meal on. And they were a good price for a pack of 20. My teens enjoyed them too and it's a nice alternative to ramen noodles. I recommend these if you're looking to try fideo and don't have them readily available locally, which is the circumstance for me.

Perfect noodles; DON'T CUT OPEN THE BOX
Be careful opening the box. You would think after purchasing this several times that I would remember that you can't slice open the top of the box because you cut through the top layer of bags of noodles. But no. So I end up putting several of the sacks into a plastic bag for use later. I don't use these as soup noodles or for eating; instead I brown these with some instant rice and make my own rice pilaf mixture. They are perfect for this.

Several packages were opened
4 packages were open . When I opened the box and took the first package out , it appeared to be ripped and some noodles fell out all over the floor. I then carefully inspected each pack of noodles and 4 of them were open. It didn not look like someone was tapering with it, so I carefully placed open packages into a zip lock bags and made a chicken soup with them.. the quality of noodles is good. They tssted good and opened packages seem to be a factory glitch. I purchased 2 big boxes of this noodles, and the same thing happened with the second box , where several noodle packages were open. Other than that the price is good and quality is ok. We ate those open noodles and we're still alive, so everything is good.

Great invention!
Love these noodles, so much easier to use in making my homemade chicken noodle soup. Hated having to break the long spaghetti noodles up and having them fly everywhere. Also love them for spaghetti also. The quality has always been great and I have them set up on my subscribe and save. Will continue buying these, so much easier all around use! 🦋
