BEWARE! Rating 5 stars so it’s seen. I am sad to say that this has caused an awful allergic reaction in me. The positives after taking it as far as having a clearer mind, lower anxiety and a steady energy are nice. HOWEVER… today was the first day I took it and about an hour after I took it, I noticed my head was itching like crazy. I really didn’t think anything about it, although I did think it was strange, but then my entire body started itching to the point I was covered in hives. I had to take Benadryl to stop from going crazy. It’s been over five hours since I took it and I am still itching deep in my skin. I looked it up and it did say that this was a side effect. Be very, very aware of the other side effects also before you take this.

I’ve been really happy with this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that it combines L-methyl folate with methyl B12 in one product. It arrived fresh, was well packaged, and has become part of my daily routine. If you’re looking for a high-dose methyl folate option with quality ingredients, this is definitely worth considering.

I'm not saying it's all due to this vitamin but it has helped with a dramatic shift in my energy, vitality, and overall well-being. Now that I am actually absorbing my vitamins I feel so much better. I have ordered it three times. Once it arrived shattered because it could have used a little more bubble wrap, but it was quickly replaced within a couple days.

You know how you buy vitamins and THEN find out it isn't the good stuff? It was the synthetic, cheaply made stuff, etc. THIS B-complex is comprised of only active & methylated B's and the right ones - look at the ingredients list (too many to list). It's the P-5-P, the methylfolate (not folate), the Inositals, the B12 coenzymes, etc. I definitely take one daily; I'm just much more level-headed all day. I'll take 2 (am & noon) if I know it's a heavy work or stress day. Bonus: you'll drain extra water retention from face & under the skin, too!

No huge sudden changes, you just slowly begin to feel locked in and on point with clarity while doing daily tasks. Love the calming mood effect. Definitely worth the purchase.

I noticed that it has made a difference in my son with autism. He has limited verbalization but is able to connect his words quicker and is more attentive and connective to the family. I have found that I am less tired and able to focus better.

This stuff has me feeling so giggly its amazing stuff! My mood improved in just 2 days and I even tried the other drops of vitamin b but this one works WAY BETTER! I have bought one for each of my kids and even my elderly mother. They also see the improvement in their mental health. It's wild!

I bought these because they have the right ingredients and are less expensive than another brand I was using. My doctor but me on methyl folate after my last blood work. I have more energy after starting on it. So far I haven’t notice any difference in effectiveness between this brand and the other. I’ll report back here on long term effectiveness after my next blood tests.

Nice product but its too soon to notice a difference also the box it came in wasn't sealed luckily the bottle was sealed
