These baby bivalves are so yummy! I made linguine with a gorgeous clam sauce from garlic, basil, hot red pepper, a squeeze of lemon, white wine and olive oil. It was better than any restaurant clam sauce we've ever had! I'm keeping these on subscription when the clam cravings hit!

Great and this is good on ceviche too

The baby clams are not rubbery nor are they mushy... and thats a good thing! If you are a health nut like myself, you go for seafood and clams are no exception with the zinc American males need to power through a day. It's a known superfood as it were... And as I said before... I have had mushy clams when eating out in buffets... yucch! And I have had rubbery overcooked clams when my brother brought home a bushel of them from the Jersey shore. There is a fine line there in cooking them, and I love them on crackers or in salads or soups... homemade of course. As far as clams pricing goes... this is fair trade and not overpriced. Enjoy.

I made a pot of yummy chowder for a friend's gathering. Everyone raved over how tasty the clams were. A good source of protein for a low price.

Order came with 11 cans instead of 12. Box was damaged and all 11 cans were dented.

So recently I made some homemade New England clam chowder and I put three cans of this in the soup along with the broth and everything and I got to say that this came out rather well. If I was to price each one of these cans at the store against what I paid through Amazon this was definitely a better value for the money and also had very good quality. I can't wait to try this in a clam dip for New years but if these come out as well as the Clam chowder did I'm looking very forward to it

BEWARE, shell pieces! I've used this brand for many years and have never had a problem. This time. There were enough shell fragments I two different servings had fragments in it and I had to throw out the rest of the clam chowder. Bumblebee won't care. They'll just tell me they have a warning on the can. With the small clams and shell fragments about the size of the clams or smaller, am I supposed to go through every single clam between my fingers? Unacceptable! The taste was good and if you are going to touch each clam to maybe put it on cracker appetizer or something then you'll probably be fine.
