At first I was going to write a negative review, but actually it has some good points. Instead of a sprary like others razor cleaners, it is more a stream. You hve to use it over the sink, and it stays wet. HOWEVER, it seems to do a much better job than the others - It really cleans out old whiskers that have been there for months. Amazon says it sells refills which are far less expensive. At this point, I can't figure out how to get the top off to refill it. I'll wait until it's almost used up to get the refill. If that works, this is fine.

Takes just a very quick spray so it’s thrifty but the price for the amount is a bit much. Seems a bit more fluid than other razor sprays I’ve used. However, it works well. Best to allow it to dry a bit after spraying before using the razor.
