RAW Enzymes, Women 50 & Wiser, 90 Veggie Caps

A serious bout of food poisoning left me with a super sensitive digestive system. It is often uncomfortable and occasionally embarrassing and I have come to rely on enzymes, probiotics and activated charcoal to manage it. This product is terrific. The capsules are easy to swallow and the directions are to take one with each meal. I used to take this company's Omega Zyme ULTRA , , also an excellent product, but this one contains greater amounts of enzymes and some additional ingredients including nattokinase. My experience has been positive.I have suffered no digestive upsets or any side effects. Both my digestion and my general sense of well being have improved.

Great for digestion.

Been using for years and years. If I run out and time lapses without, I gain weight. I have an alkaline stomach which means I don't have enough stomach acid to digest food as quickly as I should. I take one of these before lunch and I feel so much better than before I started taking them. I have learned that it's best to start with 1 pill before a meal and at what point I need a second one. If you take more than your body needs it can give you heartburn. I know these enzymes do help my food digest faster because I don't feel like exploding after eating a small amount. My stomach also empties faster so I don't feel like throwing up if I bend over and I actually feel the full sensation so I know when to stop eating.
