Nice and sturdy
Good sturdy product. Works as expected to.

Good, solid base for posts.
I used these to support a set of stairs up a slope in our back yard. I found two things that made installation easier. First I used a 7/8" x 18" spade bit to make a pilot hole. This eliminated some of the mis-alignment when driving the it into the ground. Second, as the picture shows I used the Bubble Level app on my phone to insure proper alignment. I would check it about every 4-6". These are the 6th and 7th of these I have used and have not experienced the failures others have mentioned. The others were used as bases for fence posts. IMPORTANT NOTE: the posts were secured to an existing chain link fence system. These WOULD NOT work with freestanding fence posts.

Easy peasy
When Halloween pranksters took out about 16 mailboxes in the neighborhood, I was delighted to find these aches that I could use to replant the 4 x 4 mailbox post. I did not have to re-dig a hole, fill it with concrete and insert a new post. I was able to use the old post With one of these post holders and sink it easily with a sledgehammer. It is solid and straight. I gave one of the extras to a neighbor and I am saving the other two to install some 4 x 4 posts for a car shade. They did the job easily and as promised.

works but hard to fit a pounding block.
Worked good on my antenna post using 7' 4x4 (after cutting off a foot to use to pound it in. The pounding block was impossible to pull out so used sone bundled 2x2's . need to shave some of the 4x4 to make it work. that part was disappointing.

Great spikes for a fraction of the price at local stores
I really only needed one but for the great price I ordered 4 knowing I’d eventually use them all. These are really expensive in the big box stores so I was expecting them to be flimsy but they are not!! They drive into the ground exactly like the ones at HD for a fraction of the price!

Useful, nice product
Used these for my fire pit. Seems pretty strong. Had a few storms pass through and they haven’t fallen over. I like that I didn’t have to get a post digger to put 4x4’s in the ground.

Worked week for 3ft high fence.so easy
Made putting 4x4 in ground easy. Put up a 4 ft fence...not sure they would support a 6ft for long without leaning. Would def buy again for a 3 or 4 ft fence
