Broken & Bad Packaging
My item came completely smashed. It came with barely any protection and a smushed box. I was able to get a replacement, but unable to return it due to it's shattered state. If you want to pay twice for the same item just to get it, then this is a decent item, but it is bad at being heated up and the first one typically comes smashed. Expect to pay twice for an okay product.

I bought this for my boyfriend for valentines day. He is a huge legend of zelda geek and he really loved this mug. It's sturdy and durable, microwavable and safe for hot liquids
