It threaded the first time, but they gave a free replacement. Almost stripped it again........wouldn't go on straight, however, I took some of the paint off the threads and took my time. It's now on and working great!

my check engine light was on flashing and my van was cutting off 2002 dodge grand caravan with a code for idle speed not reached i dismantled my throttle body replaying the tps and iac and this valve part was the perfect fit I do not know what combination of replacement parts did the trick maybe it was the fact I cleaned the throttle body and replaced the hoses the world may never know but it helped and my check engine light went off my van is running smoothly no shaking studdering or stalling and my speed has increased and improved
