Hopeless.
Absolutely useless. Wasn’t made clear it works off 110 volt so had to buy a transformer/charger. Used it twice and binned it. Not enough suction power, ran out of charge in less than 15 minutes. Didn’t remove any stains. Waste of time.

I LOVE IT!
I have white velvet furniture, so I was really anxious to get something that could handle any possible accidents. I love this machine!!! It literaly sucks up liquids and the solids all at once. It sucks up the liquid to an almost dry state out of carpets. It's easy to clean, because the suction container holds everything, but opens up widely so that it is easy to separate the solids from liquid and just pour the liquid out. Container is so easy to clean. This literally couldn't be better. Plus, you can turn the brush on and off as needed. This is literally the most AWESOME PRODUCT!!! You can't be disappointed.

Cleaned the carpet
My dog pooped on a very expensive carpet and the spot came out

Flimsy tank, impossible to replace
Very poor suction, leaves a great deal of cleaner residue in carpet. Worst thing? The collection tank turned brittle after about 1 year of use and cracked. Cannot find a replacement tank anywhere in Canada; B+D supply net only ships to the US! You would be better off to use another manufacturer.
