First to note, this is a replacement of one previously sent. This one, while not exactly as original, was very close and worked perfectly. Slight idle adjustment was all that was needed. It has two ‘pickups’ for the throttle, so original cable would work. Has all the vacuum ports (other one did not). I would recommend this one- as long as you really get this one. First one sent (although shown as exactly the same in the ad) was quite a lot different. It ran ok when cold, but would die as soon as it warmed up. Ordered carb for my Suzuki mini truck, it was delivered in a nice foam/cardboard box. Damage free !. It also arrived in 2 days standard delivery !. It was almost like the original, just missing one vacuum port which was fixed by using a T in another port. Truck runs better than when I first got it.

had to make a minor vacuum routing adjustment as others have said, but not a big deal, bolted right up and started right up on my 1994 Suzuki Carry - no adjustments were needed, ran great out of the box.

This has 6 vacuum ports where my factory carb had 5. Luckily you can tell that the extra 6th port is no big deal and the carb works great just like it is. I am having a bit of a finicky time trying to tune it just right, as the idle up screw keeps coming loose and causing a high RPM situation every time I come to a stop with any type of large electrical draw. But a big of locktite should take care of pretty quickly.

So far have installed two of these, the first one had a pinched bowl seal and leaked fuel everywhere, they sent me a second one and just got it installed yesterday, the second one’s coolant expansion valve for the choke mechanism is dumping out coolant, so neither worked, I’m guessing they won’t send a third as It took me a few months to get back to the truck to install the second one. I would avoid buying this carb, look elsewhere for sure..

Fit my 1990 Suzuki Carry 660. Everything was fitting fine until the vacuum lines left me with one that had no place to go. I deleted all the unimportant ones at that point and the essential ones worked…kinda. The vacuum choke wouldn’t release and caused it to keep stalling the engine out. So I capped it off and tied the choke wide open. I’m fine with one pedal pump to get it started and it works fine. I did have to adjust the carb a good bit also. Getting the fuel mixture and accelerator pump adjustment right took a few test runs. It would run great and rev up fine until I drove it. I will be looking to retrofit a modern style atv carb to this engine soon and ditch all the vacuum lines. It runs and drives though.

Excellent replacement carburetor for our Suzuki Carry, works great !

My 1996 Suzuki Carry has always been a rough starter and the choke circuit ran crazy rich. Never been able to really find the issue, and things were pretty corroded in there. Recently things deteriorated even further and I saw this and thought I’d try it out. After some drama involving a seized bolt breaking off in the intake, the new unit went on perfectly. The vacuum lines are slightly different (the choke system is different than the original) but the general order of the ports is the same. The throttle cable swapped over perfectly, as did the coolant and fuel lines. Once everything was bolted in it started right away and it’s running better than it ever has (since 2015 at least). I wish I’d changed it years ago!
