Is this suitable for controling 12 volts dc at 2 amps?

This potentiometer is not suitable for 12 volts at 2amps. A potentiometer suitable for 12 volts at 2 amps needs to be rated for at least 24 watt, I think the rating of this pot would be less than 1 watt.
