What is the heat tolerance on this resin? Needing it to attach things to a ceramic mug that will hold hot tea

Heat tolerance is high. I dont recommend baking this resin(as no one should) but it has a high heat tolerance without warping. We put our resin decor in the dishwasher :)

How do I made my resin pieces smooth?

First, you clean your mold (tip: you can apply a thin layer of uv resin, then cure and tear it apart) In the process of use, it is recommended to use a 36w ultraviolet light, or flash the UV for 3 sec in the sun wait till it cools off then repeat 10 sec then for 30 sec done. It is not recommended that you use uv resin to make large objects.

Can this resin be dried with just the sun and over time without the use of uv light?

Hello, the answer is YES, our uv resin could be dried just under the sun. In sunny Day: 10-15 minutes, cloudy Day: 30-60. Hope you enjoy it.

Can you use a regular UV black light flash light to shine on it to cure?

Yes. My experience: Illuminate 2 seconds. Resin temp. jumps to140º F - 160º F, depending on how large the area is. The piece is 3/8" thick. The large areas are hottest, the smaller areas cooler. Hit it again 2 seconds and same results. Third time, temps. decrease. Some pieces do another time or two for 2 seconds. Then, leave the flashlight on it for about 2 minutes and there is no unusual temperatures, simply room temp. No idea the wavelength or power of the light, have had it many moons.

Lovely Resin to work with

I found Sanaaa one of the best UV resins I’ve worked with in a long time. Cured well. Only took between 3-5 minutes under my UV lamp and finished completely clear.Will be buying again

Doesn’t reach edges and drips

It’s a great clear and fairly bubble free resin. But I found despite spreading it to the edges of my earrings it would retreat from the edges and then when I put them under UV it would start to drip down the sides. Just created more work

Good quality resin

Trying out this UV resin. pretty good quality, no odor, easy to work with, very hard after cured, perfect for coating. Cured up fast under UV light. Definitely will use again. A bit pricey, hopefully it goes on sale. Did a few key chain, necklace n hairpin, all comes out good.

Muy fácil de usar y secado con lámpara rapido

Es fácil de aplicar, con la lámpara seca rápido, yo lo dejé 3 minutos por seguridad, si se queda un poco pegajoso con un poco de algodón mojado en alcohol se queda bien. Lo que no me gusta mucho es que no se si por alguna burbuja pero no quedó liso del todo volveré a probar a ver si consigo que quede liso

Ottima resina

È la prima volta che uso la resina uv, la uso per lucidare orecchini di fimo. Svolge molto bene la sua funzione, si asciuga rapidamente anche sotto il sole ( circa un' ora), io uso una piccola torcia UV e funziona in pochi minuti. La resina si stende bene e rimane trasparente. L'ho provata anche miscelandola con pigmenti colorati, asciuga anche così ma con più fatica e il risultato è ottimo.
