Inner tubes as well as tubless setup all lose air. Thick, heavy inner-tubes seem to hold air longer. They are heavy and usually only found with Shrader valves. Newer butyl rubber tubes lose air and need top off every few days. Muc-off no puncture sealant is great for sealing punctures. They will still lose air pressure and need filled. As far as a bike in storage they too will lose air. The sealant needs circulated within tube as with tubless setup to seal any leak. Static air loss is part of cycling. Muc-off no hassle inner tube sealant is definitely part of keeping you rolling when a puncture occurs.
