Do these have a rattle in them? Or make noise? I want to use them on an airplane

They don't have any type of noise maker in them but do make a slight noise when they spin...like ball bearings. The noise of the plane would most likely mask it.

Are they bath toys or a spinner toys?

It works for bath and spinner. We use one for the bath, and the other 2 for the spinner. Our little boy is 8 months, and he loved it. We also bought him some variety different balls, and it's pretty cheap for the high quality. Here is the link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09CLNZ3Q3

Is there any lead in these?

No lead, grandson loves them. Easy for him to grasp and these babies suction hard😊
