It this product comes in a pair (right and left)?

Yes it's a pair. However, I would not recommend purchasing these. I had quaility issues and the LED's started burning out after 3 months of use. The company was good and sent me another set under warranty, but the first time I swapped these out, I broke the mirror on the passenger side and the motor on the driver side, so it cost me an extra $100 in parts.
