Q: How long can this produts keeps my insulin at this temperature

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Please be informed this Medicine Case is INSULATED but, it is not a cold storage pack. If you wish to use the medicine case to keep your insulin pens cool, it has to be used in conjunction with Ice Pack(s). Sammie Medicine Case has a pocket to store only 1 Ice Pack. The ideal Ice Pack dimension is 7 inches (L) x 3.15 inches (W). Hence, you can insert an Ice Pack that falls within that dimension. In order to keep your Insulin Pens cooler, you may need to use a 2nd Ice Pack. You may place the 2nd Ice Pack on top of the Pens before zipping the case shut. Unfortunately, PracMedic Bags cannot advise you the internal temperature of the Medicine Case when used in conjunction with Ice Pack(s) as this is a subjective matter. It will hold 2 episodes pens Iphone it would be a really tight squeeze. I wouldn't recommend it for a phone

Q: Wondering if this maintains a safe temperature for Epi Pens while outside in very hot weather?

From my experience it helps maintain a safe temperature in very hot weather only for a couple of hrs. If I am outside longer than that I put a cooling pack in just because I am very paranoid about destroying my son's Epi Pens. I do think it does help mitigate the high temps for the shorter periods, but I am just going by touch.

Nice pouch.

Great pouch. Seems well made. I use it for Addison’s disease and I carry some needles and some vials along with medical notes. It held all that, and certainly looks more official than my “frozen “pencil case.

Perfect for intended use

I was on the hunt for my child’s epipen case and this is just right. Can hold two epipens (you just have to remove the epipen from its box. The epipen guide card is an added bonus. I wanted to get the kids version but free delivery is not covered.
