I suspected I had fatty liver based on swollen belly and symptoms. So I took this test. Labs came back and basically said everything was in normal range. A few months later, I got a second opinion and got an actual lab done at Quest diagnostics. Turns out I do, in fact, have fatty liver and the real lab results look nothing like this silly little finger prick test results. Don't waste your money on this. Go to a real lab.

Getting this product was easy. It got to me quickly and using it was seamless. And the fact that I don’t have to pay for sending back my sample for the test result makes it more awesome.

I was a bit leery going into this, because I didn’t see much feedback that detailed real-world experiences in using this kit. I decided to take a chance, out of pure curiosity and I’m glad I did. Inside the kit is an ADX100 test card, lancets, bandages, alcohol pads, and return pouch. The return envelope included a prepaid First Class Mail package return service label to US Specialty Labs in San Diego. The kit must be registered on the Verisana website, before you return your sample. The instructions should be more clear that 4-5 free flowing drops of specimen is just right. Do not continue adding drops to the card after you get past the first line or it could invalidate the sample. The instructions pretty much cover everything else. I reached out Verisana with a question and received a friendly response in about 5 hours. It took about 1 week to get my results, after I dropped the package at the post office. The results come on a pdf that you can download from the Verisana website. My results were ALT 43 U/L, AST 31 U/L, and total Bilirubin 0.9 mg/dl.
