Does this work with a full mask no pillows?

The ResMed AirMini P10 connector connects your ResMed AirFit P10 for AirMini mask to the AirMini air tubing.

Does this adapt the airmini hose to a standard p10 mask (as opposed to the different "airmini p10 mask")? [please answer that specifically.]

The P10 to AirMini connector will be compatible with any P10 headgear. The headgear is assembled as it would be with a normal P10.

Will the nasal pillow for the n30 fit on this?

P10 components will only work with the P10 to AirMini connector. N30 components will not work with this.
