Let me share my impressions regarding this knife Set. I won a Imarku knife in the past as a gift and I liked a lot, so I decided to buy this Knife set. The blades are made of high carbon stainless steel with a wood handle that is easy to grip and hold it comfortable. It look like the Knife set is very resistant, and high hardness. The handle are made of laminated Pakkawood, which makes the knives very stylized. My first great impression was the way it arrived in a fully cushioned box with blade protectors on the tip and the back point of the all blade knives. The blades are made of high carbon stainless steel with a polished wood handle that is easy to grip and hold it comfortable. Something I loved is that you can remove the steak knife Block from the main block, so you can take the knife block to a BBQ Table. Something I got really impressed was the scissor. It’s not a common scissor, it’s very sturdy and perfect to cutting meat, turkey, etc. I used to cut a whole chicken and was very helpful. This knives are very sharp. I love it very much. It is definitely worth the purchase!

Okay. First, I looked at all the reviews before choosing this knife. I looked at all the pictures and read all the text. From everything I read, I decided to give it a shot. It was a great decision. This is an excellent knife. First, think about it's original purpose. Slicing sushi or sashimi without deforming the roll is not for an ordinary knife. This knife is so sharp that it can slice through cooked sticky rice and not lose a single grain. The traditional Japanese edge is perfect. And, the length of the blade allows you to slice through anything with a single pass, with no real pressure applied. The balance of the knife is flawless. It cuts through the tiniest tomatoes without losing one drop of juice and slices through cold steak like it was butter. You can balance the knife on one finger. The whole thing is hand crafted to perfecting detail. I also like the box. It's a perfect presentation or storage box for such a finely crafted tool. I am very VERY pleased with this purchase. Five stars.

This knife is pretty spectacular for the price. I recently purchased the Butcher Imarku 10 inches knife. it is a very elegant and extremely sharp knife. This knife has a very anatomical handle, which makes it very easy to cut meat, especially cuts close to bones. I tried the knife this morning for cutting lamb chops and the process was extremely easy using this knife, I was able to cut the meat very easily. I also point out that despite not being a heavy knife, it has a good balance to handle. Bottom line, if you want a quality and sturdy blade but don't want to spend hundreds on a "name", this knife is for you.
