This is a weak hair dryer, not very powerful air flow. It's decently built but far too expensive for the utility and power of air flow.

Order placed and received opened box and it is not working, when I replaced the order with new one I received the same defected package Really disappointed

Litreally power of this dryer is very very low compare to my old babyliss hair dryer this is no where near to that i would have given zero in all points quality and power

I have this product for 3 years works perfectly fine, the only issue is that from overheating the head of the hair dryer which helps to straighten the hair is not stable anymore due to overheating (I guess).

It took me a while to get used to this hairdryer. For one thing, it is heavier than my other hairdryer (a Boots brand which is 8 years old and still working perfectly well - I just bought a second one to have at work as a live-in carer.) I find the placement of the switches annoying - it is easy to switch off or lower the speed or temperature while holding the appliance - it would be much better with sliding switches that can't accidentally be moved while gripping the handle (like my Boots dryer lol.) It is super quick - I have short hair and it literally takes me about 5 minutes to style and dry my hair.

Looks really cute, sturdy, doesn’t feel cheap at all with the weight. Nice control of temps but for me, the concentration nozzle was too big, it’s almost 1 inch wide. Can’t get the concentrated heat the way I like for that sleek smooth (and not frizzy) finish. Edit: 3 weeks later (only used 5 times) the hottest setting isn’t hot anymore. I can put my hand right up against the nozzle on the highest heat and speed settings and it feels like a warm cup of tea. Going to return and buy something better. Super disappointed because I really liked the colour and simple design, was easy to handle.

Very pretty hair dryer with a gorgeous purple colour. Works pretty well when used with cold temperature setting (which is what I use most of the time). But I find that as soon as you want to increase the temperature, even just for the medium setting, it is just too hot. I can imagine why some people say it's overheating, if you use it a long time on that setting it would get really hot. So I would only advise it if like me you are drying your hairs with the lowerst temperature setting.
