I didn't want the motivational sayings on the bottle, and this bottle is simple with just the ounces and time. The design is nice because based on if you are a right handed or left handed person, you can twist rhe kid to accommodate. Other reviews mentioned lid leaks and this is true is the lid is not closed evenly. If you hold the bottle up and look at the lid, you can tell if there is a slight angle and, if so, it's not properly closed. Also nice that there is another option to carry the bottle by a hook handle on top.
