Great price and had question for seller and received a response in minutes. 👍🏼 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Powerful clipper *by F***Y on 19 August 2013* I use these clippers to cut my own hair. They are quite effective and do not leave stray hairs behind even when making a quick pass on the entire length of your scalp. As other reviews have stated, the clippers are quite heavy and do get hot. I would not recommend running these for an extended period of time and THEN using them with no guard against the skin. Any barber would use another set for that use anyhow. I suspect that people that complain about the heat burning them under normal use are not properly cleaning and lubricating these clippers. The weight is expected of this class of clippers. My arms get tired when I cut my own hair because of the awkward positions I have to hold the clippers but for cutting someone elses' hair I would imagine the weight would be negligible. That being said, I would recommend these clippers for similar use if you can handle the weight as they get the job done in no time. With my old clippers (the kind commonly found in drug/retail stores), it would take 20 minutes to cut my hair having to make several passes on the same spot.
