Why is there a bpa warning? how is this in the flour?

I didn't see a BPA warning on the website, and there is none on the packaging, either. It is packaged in paper, not plastic. Maybe in the processing it is exposed to BPA, but it seems that would be negligible. As a lifetime bread baker, this is the best flour I've ever used. It seems much "cleaner" of growing and processing chemicals than US produced flours.

I received a case of your flour and it was short one bag! what will you do to resolve this problem?

Your informations says good for ovens up to 500 degrees. Will it still work in a wood fired oven of 800-900 degrees?
