Concise + useful
Nursing student here, bought this text because I needed a top-down understanding of physical exam, medical diagnosis and normal versus abnormal findings. Nursing texts required for my program don't put together concepts like this text does. I understand that these exams and tables will be way more than what I need for nursing but these texts are very helpful for understanding disease how its categorized, diagnosed and assessed. I think these texts could be used on a nursing level for any visual/ clinical algorithm learner like myself.

Good books but poor handling
The books arrived with the plastic package torn apart and broken. They were dirty and took me some time to clean them up. The only reason why I wasn’t returning them is tht the content is fine. Amazon should have kept their stock better in the warehouse.

Clinical Examination Text Books.
Must have text for any serious clinician. High yield content. Online version is available on all devices, whereever you find yourself. Lots of videos. Worth every penny.

Very Good text.
Clinical is a challenging subject with more to be learned form patient in wards than from books. But books are there and read for 2 reasons - to be clear and precise in viva, to know the interpersonal variables,senstivity, occurances of a sign/ symptom/test. This book is very good as it explains all of the above plus the differentials. Very less number of books fall in this category of books which links clinical with medicine. Highly recommended. Plus the online content and etext in app makes this is one of the best choice. Other books to be considered- For Newbies- Hutchison/Macleods/Chugh/Bates/Kundu For Advanced study-KV Krishna Das/Tally O CONNER/Degowins/Sapira/Steven McGEE. Happy reading.
