First time reviewing a product in my life. The bag is small, I was so excited to come home after work when I saw the box I was like maybe thats a different order and went outside to check for my package. Idk if I should keep or … but overall great product.

This was a great item purchased for work. We have drug testers who needed something to carry their specimens in. We put some ice packs in and it keeps everything cold for the day. Well even put the whole bag into the fridge overnight. This bag is flexible that it can be bent if needed but retains either hot or cold. Great purchase
