If you have pain in your knees or knees, then you should use it. It is very good that my mom was suffering from knee pain, but after using it for a week there is no pain now, weight is maintained and it is pure vegative. So my mom was a vegetarian too, so I asked her and she is very good now. I have got very good supplement for joint pain, so there is a score of 5 on my side.
