Good thickness. Protect the floor well.
Purchased the mat to put under the treadmill. Can notice the different of the noise level with and without the mat. Highly recommend.

Size is good for exercise equipment, slightly thin and slippery too. Will not recommend for light weight exercise equipment as it can have movement.
