Surfaces stay cleaner for longer, and the air feels noticeably fresher to breathe. The unit was simple to set up, and the design is sleek enough that it fits in well with the room. I like that it can be scheduled so I don’t have to think about it, and the auto mode adjusts itself based on the PM2.5 sensor. Alexa control is a bonus too. Noise levels are very low, even at higher speeds, and in sleep mode it’s quiet enough to leave running overnight without disturbing anyone. It is on the costly side, but I’m very happy with the investment I made. For a pet household, the difference in dust reduction and the reassurance of cleaner air has made it well worth it. I am captivated by this air purifier and the app it handily comes with. Tracking the quality of air in my living room whilst I’m at work is the highlight of my day, and has made me incredibly boring (or super interesting depending on how you feel about air purifiers). Both the app and the Google home feature is incredibly responsive (a second at most) and the fan works so hard and fast to keep the air quality up there. I have it on top speed once a day for an hour and it can be quite noisy- but it’s default/auto mode is super low noise. I can barely hear it working. We bought it as our rats have allergies and dust makes it worse, and they’re less sneezy and sound better at their vet appointments. The screen has a sensor which will turn the light off when it gets dark, which is just another cool feature I love. If I could afford to, I’d get one for the bedroom too. Best air purifier ever.

After almost a month of use I can say I'm quite satisfied with this device. I don't use the wifi ad i have no need for it. Device stands in vhildrens house somewhat in the middle and is set to automatic. Works quietly and doesn't bother kids even at nigjt time. My son is allergic to dust mites. After two weeks of clean sir his condition improved. Machine catches dust and other particles nicely and detects change in air quality even when I'm burning food downstairs in the kitchen. Filter super easy to remove and hoover to clean. Device produces no smell.

We bought the LEVOIT 300s Smart Wifi Air Purifier to hopefully improve the air quality in our home, driven by a desire for better sleep and to potentially alleviate hay fever symptoms and reduce mould buildup through improved air circulation. Initially, I wasn't entirely convinced the air quality monitor was working - as it always read 1PM2.5 for the first day or so. However, after checking the app regularly, I've noticed a consistent pattern: around the time we're making food, the air quality reading invariably gets significantly worse, even though the purifier is located in a different room. This clearly indicates the sensor is indeed picking up on airborne particles and changes in air quality. On its lowest setting, the air purifier is definitely quiet, enough so for sleeping. While I have no scientific way to prove it, I do subjectively feel like I sleep much better with it running at night. What I can confirm with certainty is its effectiveness at removing smells from rooms; putting it on full blast for a few minutes does an impressive job of clearing out lingering odours. The smart features accessible through the app are genuinely handy. I particularly appreciate the ability to schedule when the fan turns on and off, or have it change speeds with the air quality. I typically set it to run for a while before we go to bed, ensuring the air is refreshed when we settle down for the night. It's quite difficult to quantify the precise effect this unit has during normal, day-to-day operation when the air quality might not be overtly poor. However, when the air is noticeably bad (as indicated by the sensor during cooking, for example), it definitely does an excellent job of bringing the air quality back to good, healthy levels. Overall: The LEVOIT 300s is a quiet, smart, and effective air purifier that clearly responds to changes in air quality. While the benefits for chronic issues like hay fever or long-term mould prevention are harder to definitively measure as a user, its ability to clear odours and improve air quality in response to detected pollutants is impressive. If you're looking for a user-friendly, smart air purifier to generally enhance your indoor environment and tackle occasional bad air, this is a solid choice.

We live in a rural area, surrounded by fields and with two big dogs dust is abundant especially at this time of year. We have a large lounge but this works brilliantly in it. It’s quite a big unit but looks fine in the room. The air quality is so much better than without it. It’s very easy to use and can be controlled remotely via an App. Easy to clean. Not changed a filter yet but we have another purifier made by Levoit which is simple to change so I imagine this is the same. Overall very pleased with it.

Excellent buy, great at cleaning the air, very quiet when in sleep mode, so it doesn't disturb you, it's lightweight, so easy to move, a must for allergy sufferers like me, very effective

I recently moved to a new house. It's nice because I can leave the kitchen door open for my dogs to go into the garden as and when they please. The downside is that my new dog - Milo, 10 months old, had him from 7 months - is a bit of an explorer and digger and, being a cockapoo, gets his coat gets easily covered with soil and dust. Of course, he then brings it back into the house. The house gets dusty very quickly, despite sweeping or hoovering once or twice a day. Not only do I have a mild dust allergy (huzzah!), but I have learned there is a particular pollen nearby that triggers my hayfever rather badly too! I hoped this air filter would: 1. Reduce the dust build up. 2. Reduce pollen and other allergens in the air. 3. Improve air quality and help manage the "dog smell". And it does! I now have one on every floor of the house, where people/dogs pass. When the air is disturbed, the filter's sensor notices and it kicks in. I've dusted and hoovered since I've had them, and the dust build-up is nothing like it was before - there is almost none. My allergies are noticeably better. The filters look good and are small enough not to notice. On Moderate, Good, and Very Good the fan is very quiet. On Bad or Very Bad the fan is definitely audible and you can feel the air from the fan. The pre-filters have caught lots of dust and are easily cleared with a quick hoover. The controls are stylish and don't look out of place in the room. The recommended app is excellent, with lots of options for how the filters work. I have mine of auto-mode and there are other options available. Overall, very happy with them and don't hesitate recommending them. I can also recommend the "Like New" option from Amazon Warehouse - they're cheaper and you get unwanted returns, but they are as good-as-new.
