Everything you need is in this kit to bleed the brakes on hydraulic bike brakes. I hadn't bled brakes before. This kit provides everything needed to bleed the brakes even an elastic band to hold one syringe upright so one person can carry out the process. Instructions must be followed one step at a time, if you do, you can't go wrong with this kit.

I've just installed a rear Clarks M3 brake to replace my seized Exo. I needed to shorten the hose, so had to bleed it after. Although my old system can be bled using a couple of syringes, a small bit of hose and some brake fluid, the new system would be impossible to bleed without this kit. It worked really well, and the instructions are extensive and clear (apart from which connector goes on which end - on the M3 these are different). I've knocked off one star because a Torx bit is provided for the caliper end, but you need to use an Allen (hex) key/bit on the other end. I have them, and perhaps everyone does, but it would have been convenient to just provide one? Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this kit! :o)

I’d never undertaken brake bleeding before, but can’t get my e-bike into my car boot to take it to the nearest bike shop. I had to study the images on Clark’s website to be sure of my model, but in reality the specific parts required were obvious. After taking the front wheel off I found it difficult to remove the brake pads as directed, but simply jammed them apart to push the pistons back. I did the bleeding following the instructions though, no doubt, a professional would have raised an eyebrow. However, at the end, the brake lever travel was much reduced, and better than the rear brake. Will tackle the latter when necessary. Am delighted with the purchase having saved much money and enjoyed a great deal of job satisfaction.

Has all the bits you need, instructions are ok, once I realised there were 3 thread sizes and not 2 it all went smoothly

Make the bleeding process not too much of a bleeding headache! Be aware certain Clarks brake sets bleed the opposite way to the way you are expecting. If is not possible to run fluid caliper to leaver try it the other way. This is one of those jobs you might have to do a couple of times. If the braking performance isn't all that great try upgrading the whole system to Shimano.

Ich bin zufrieden! Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. Einen Stern Abzug, da nur ein Gummi zum Befestigen dabei ist. Ein zweiter Gummi für den Block für den Bremssattel wäre schön. Eine aufschraubbaren behälter gibt es nicht, dafür eine zweite Spritze. Die Lieferung enthält drei Durchmessergrößen an aufschraubbaren Feingewinden für die Spritzen. Jede Größe ist zudem zweimal vorhanden. Zusätzlich werden drei Größen Torx-Bits mitgeliefert, jedoch keine Imbusschlüssel. Das Mineralöl reicht für mehrere Entlüftung, oder ein paar komplette Wechsel der Bremsflüssigkeit. Weiterhin liefert man ein Paar Einmalhandschuhe mit. Aber Achtung, es sind recht günstige, die in (gefühlt) Größe M ausfallen. Nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten ist ein Auffangbehälter für das Altöl. Hier einen entsprechenden vor der ersten Nutzung besorgen. Die Spritzen lassen sich gut ansetzen/aufschrauben. Man sollte aber vorab gucken welches Feingewinde man benötigt (Probieren). Vorsicht beim Ausdrücken der Luft aus dem Schlauch, bevor man ihn am Bremssystem anschließt! Die Spritzen sind etwas schwergängig, daher am besten einen Lappen ans Ende des Schlauchs halten. Fazit: Preis passt, und es macht was es soll! Habe in diesem Zuge übrigens auch gleich die Beläge getauscht.

Alles dabei was man benötigt zum Wechsel der Bremsflüssigkeit (hier Mineralöl), bzw. zum Entlüften. Hat super funktioniert für Clarks M2 Bremsen.
