EASY TO USE "FRESH" GINGER
I love using "fresh" ginger in foods; the taste and smell of the powder just isn't the same. I've used fresh ginger before, but it's a real hassle to peel and chop, and you have to freeze any quantity to preserve it. It can also be expensive. The Shan Ginger Paste makes cooking with ginger easy and delicious!

Delivered already open
When it was delivered the seal had obviously already been broken - the button on top of the lid had popped up. The plastic ring was still intact, so I don't know if it was unsealed during delivery or packaging. There was a sour smell when I opened it so it had already started tp spoil. Sadly it can't be returned, which is understandable for food but annoying for my circumstances. I just wanted ginger paste and and this looked good.
